God called Maria peacefully on October 15th, 2022, at the age of 79. She will be forever missed by her loving husband, Antonio. Cherished by her dear children, Frank (Lori) and Joe. Proud and adoring Nonna to Antonio and Francesca. Maria will always be remembered by her sister Phyllis (Italo), and she is now reunited in heaven with her parents Giuseppe and Lucia and her brothers Giovanni and Domenico. She will be forever missed by her dear sister-in-law’s Angela, Maria, and Luisa (Mario). She will be held dear in the hearts of her family, relatives, and many friends. If so desired, donations in memory of Maria may be made to Crohn’s and Colitis Canada.
Visitations will take place at the Vescio Funeral Home Woodbridge Chapel (8101 Weston Rd. 905-850-3332) on Tuesday, October 18th, 2022, from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m.
The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, October 19th, 2022, at 11:30 a.m. at St. Padre Pio Roman Catholic Church (5500 Major MacKenzie Dr W, west of Islington Ave.). Entombment to follow at Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery (On HWY 27, south of HWY 7).
