1928-2022
REXTON, NB – Marguerite Little 94, of Rexton passed
away peacefully at the Stella Maris Hospital in Ste-Anne-de-Kent on
Saturday, December 3, 2022. Born in South Branch, she was
the daughter of the late George Hudson and late Catherine (MacDonald)
Hudson.
Marguerite was a wonderful homemaker and loving mother her
entire life and was excellent at both. She played many
musical instruments and loved to play her guitar and sing with her
family and friends.
Marguerite will be sadly missed by her two daughters, Gail
Barnes (Lorne) of Moncton, Cathy Little (Jimmy) of Bells Mills; two
sons, Dwight Little (Jeannette) of Rexton, Vincent Little (Paulette)
of Rexton; daughter-in-law, Donna Little of Rexton; special companion,
Lionel LeBlanc of Little Aldouane; ten grandchildren, many great
grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
She is also survived by one half-sister, Catherine Maillet of
Moncton; two step-brothers, Brian Hudson, Normand Hudson and many
nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband,
Russell Little; one son, Gary Little; five sisters, Jane, Mary,
Eileen, Rita, Patsy and seven brothers, Willie, Lorne, Eldred, Ivan,
Emery, Raymond, Bernard, Ethan and one step-brother, Leslie
Wood.
There will be no visitation at the funeral home. A
Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, December 14, 2022 at
11:00 am at St. Peter`s Roman Catholic Church in South
Branch.
Arrangements are in the professional care of Thompson`s
Funeral Home in Richibucto (523-4252).
