Obituary of Margaret Sleightholm
At Huronview Home for the Aged, Clinton on Wednesday, November 2nd, 2022, Margaret Sleightholm formerly of Wingham passed away at the age of 94.
Beloved wife of the late Elmer Sleightholm. Devoted mother of Elgin & Lindsay Sleightholm of St. Thomas, David & Eileen Sleightholm of Goderich, Lloyd & Beverly Sleightholm of Wingham, Phyllis & Dalton Noels of Crediton and Janet & Bill Burnel of Fenelon Falls. Loving grandmother of twelve and great-grandmother of twenty-two. Dear sister of Harvey Bolton and sister-in-law of Marie Bolton. Margaret will be missed by her many nieces, nephews and extended family.
Predeceased by her parents Robert & Rosetta (Smith) Bolton, great-granddaughter Emily, sisters Shirley Bolton, Olive Davis (Harold), Etta Dickieson (George), Bertha Tout (Earl), and Myrtle Sleightholm (Nelson), and brothers Gordon Bolton (Theresa), John Bolton (Jean) and Ivan Bolton.
Funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 5, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. with visitation one hour prior. Interment will take place at Wingham Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Ontario Brain Injury Association, Canadian Cancer Society, Heart & Stroke Foundation or a charity of choice would be appreciated.
