Malcolm Andrew Mac Graham Friday March 11th 2022

GRAHAM, Malcolm “Mac” – It is with deep sorrow that the family announces the passing of “Mac” on Friday, March 11, 2022 in his 89th year. Survived by his wife of 67 years, Bernice “Bunny” Graham (Belch), daughter Linda (Kelly) Noble of Belleville and grandchildren Melissa Noble, teaching abroad in Europe, Daryl (Sarah) Noble of Corbyville, Michael and Matthew Cross of Belleville and Christopher Graham of Belleville. Predeceased by son Ron (Sue Christopher) and daughters Lori (Bill) Cross and Vickie (Carm Foti). Fondly remembered by many brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.
Mac was born and raised in Hillier, Ontario, the son of the late Wallace and Elva (Haight). Predeceased by his brothers Ralph (Gwen), Don, Jack (Cecelia), Jim (Evelyn) and sisters Eileen (Doug) DeMille, Eleanor (Jerry) Van Dusen, and Effie (Mac) Fraser. Mac was an employee at Mead Johnson for over 20 years in Belleville making Pablum, Enfalac and TriViSol. He then transitioned to Canada Transport Group and led the Canada Distribution Centres by pioneering Macel’s Public Warehousing.
Mac loved country music, singing and calling the square dances from a young age in Wellington with the Smokeville Five, then playing his guitar and singing with his brothers-in-law Al Weese and Bill Pearson, of course their band was called the Brothers-in-Law. Everyone always loved listening to Mac play, he had a beautiful voice and a lifelong passion for music. We all have many fond memories of family vacations at their cottage on Baptiste Lake, guitars out and gathered around a campfire together. Mac was an avid Belleville Bulls fan and played many years as goalie for the Old Timers League the “Green Team”. We have many wonderful memories that we will all cherish forever.
We thank you for any donations in Mac’s name to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the charity of your choice. Arrangements have been entrusted to Rushnell Funeral Home 60 Division St., Trenton (613-392-2111). In keeping with Mac’s wishes, cremation has taken place. There will be no service or visitation. A private family interment will take place at a later date. Online condolences at www.rushnellfamilyservices.com
