Mahgoub, Mahgoub:
Mahgoub Bashir Kilero passed away on Monday, December 5, 2022 at St. Mary’s Hospital at the age of 49. He leaves behind a beautiful 14-year-old daughter, Haile Mahgoub.
Mahgoub was born on January 1, 1973 in the village of Kadber in the Nuba Mountains of South Kordofan, Sudan to the late Bashir Kilero and Zahra Kodi. He was blessed with six sisters and five brothers. Mahgoub professed his life to Christ at an early age. He attended elementary school in his hometown, Kadber and then left to the city of Omdurmu in Khartoum to continue his education. Eventually, he moved to Egypt and finally arrive in Canada in 2004.
Mahgoub loved his family and friends. He was a devoted brother and friend. He enjoyed fun and laughter, always wearing a smile on his face. He was a loving and caring person, always thinking about his family and friends:
“To know his is to love him”
His loving memory will be cherished by his daughter, sisters, brothers, extended family and friends.
Mahgoub’s family will receive relatives and friends from 12:00 p.m. – 12:45 p.m. on Saturday, December 10 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. Visitation will be followed by a funeral service in the funeral home chapel at 1:00 p.m. After the service, the family will make their way to Williamsburg Cemetery. A reception will follow at the Centreville -Chicopee Community Centre, 141 Morgan Ave, Kitchener.
