Obituary of Lucy Nesbitt
A resident of Chatham, Lucy Nesbitt passed away peacefully with her family by her side on a sunny Saturday afternoon, May 14th, 2022.
She was the daughter of the late Walter & Eleanor Frape.
Lucy is predeceased by her late husband, Frank Nesbitt (2005).
Mother of Marilyn and step-mother of Tracy, Cheryl (Wes).
She will be missed by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews & extended family.
Dear sister of Lynn Darby, Joan Petick, Shari Ferguson. Predeceased by brother Larry Frape.
She will be remembered lovingly & fondly by family, friends and coworkers.
Lucy retired as an Occupational Therapist from the Blenheim Community Nursing Home after 25 years of Service. She enjoyed spending time with her animals and time in her garden. She was an avid watcher of Nascar and loved to listen to country music. Lucy will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
A Celebration of Life will take place on Saturday, May 21, 2022 at 1:00 pm at Maple Leaf Cemetery. Those wishing to attend are asked to arrive at 12:45 pm and will be given further driving directions by Funeral Home Staff.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Chatham-Kent Hospice Foundation or to the Canadian Cancer Society.
