Obituary of Lucia Anna Lion
Lucia Anna Lion (nee Pedron) passed peacefully on February 6th, 2022 in her home at Sunrise of Oakville. Lucia was in her 89th year and the beloved wife of Mario Lion (predeceased). Forever remembered as the loving mother of Fausto (Kathy) and Lea (Jay), and the adoring and proud grandmother of Morgan, Matthew, Molly and Lucy. Friends will be received at the Jones Funeral Home, 11582 Trafalgar Road, Georgetown (905) 877-3631 on Thursday February 10th from 6 to 8 pm. Funeral mass will be held at Holy Cross Catholic Church 14400 Argyll Road, Georgetown on Friday February 11, 2022 at 10:30 am. Interment to follow at Holy Redeemer Cemetery. Memorial contributions to Parkinson Canada would be appreciated.
