Laurel Kathleen Loyek (nee Hazlewood) passed away peacefully on September 7, 2022 with her family by her side.
Laurel was Born August 1, 1943, in Tamworth, NSW, Australia, to Colin and Nita Hazlewood.
She passed away September 7, 2022 in Thorsby, AB at the age of 79 years.
Laurel was predeceased by her Parents Col & Nita, Daughter Lanita & Brothers Ross, Richard, Doug & Lex.
She will be lovingly remembered by her Husband of 50 Years, Allan Loyek. Daughters Shalanne (Tim) Herzog, Maria (Rob) Currie & Bethany (Darren) Stewart. Grandchildren Caden, Damon & Makaela Larson. Max, Calli, Jed & Kate Herzog. Drew, Meika & Blair Currie. Joey & Ella Stewart. Brother & Sisters Heather (Allie) Marchant, Glen (Rhonda) Hazlewood & Beth (Stan) Roberts. Brothers & Sisters In Law Dot Hazlewood, Yvonne Hazlewood, Elmer (Wilma) Loyek, Leonard (Sharon) Loyek, Earl (Lois) Loyek, Roy Loyek, Lawrence Loyek, Bill Motley & Penny Loyek. As well as numerous nephews, nieces, relatives & friends.
All are welcome to join the family for Laurel’s memorial service at Heritage Park 5100-41st Ave Stony Plain, AB on Monday September 12, 2022 at 1:00pm
