It is with great sadness our family announces the
passing of our dear mother Lola on April 9th, 2022. Mom was born and
raised in Marysville, NB by her late parents Myles and Lulu (Collings)
Chase.
She will be missed by her children, Tom Donovan
(Nancy); Brenda Grant, Cindy Wilson (Carl Kirkland), Gary Donovan and
Jamie Donovan (Kelly), nine grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren
and one great-great-grandson, sisters Viola Blair (Toronto), and
Jeanette Miller (Raymond) of Fredericton.
She was predeceased by sister Althea Peterson and
brother Darrell Chase, as well as several nieces and
nephews.
Our special thanks to the staff at Enhanced
Living Oromocto for the kindness and care to mom these past two years,
and the nurses at 3NE at the DECH for the wonderful care these past
two weeks.
There will be no visitation or funeral by
request. A celebration of life will be held by the family at a later
date. Arrangements have been entrusted to Bishop’s Funeral
Home, 540 Woodstock Road, Fredericton, NB. Donations in Lola’s memory
can be made to a charity of your choice.
