Lisa Marie Strangway (1967 to 2022) passed away at Bluewater Health, Sarnia on Wednesday, September 14, 2022. She liked to sing Happy Birthday to people, she loved dogs and was a Blue Jays fan. She is survived by her mother Mariea Strangway, sister Paula Pfeifle, brother-in-law Ronald Pfeifle, and nephew Nicholas Pfeifle, as well as many friends and family. She is predeceased by her father Walter Strangway. Many thanks to the Care Partner PSWs who helped her for many years. Thanks so much to Sarnia-Lambton Community Living where Lisa worked for many years and where she joined the Champlain residence, for the last while of her life. Special thanks to the Champlain staff that supported her so much. She will be missed. Family and friends will be received on Sunday, September 18, 2022 at SMITH FUNERAL HOME, from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. with the funeral service following at 2:30 p.m. An interment will take place at Lakeview Cemetery. The family kindly asks that wearing MASKS be Mandatory while in attendance. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Sarnia-Lambton Community Living, or a charity of your choosing.
