Lillian Gladys’ Obituary
Passed peacefully away at her home surrounded by her loving family, after a brief illness, Mrs. Lillian Gladys Smith, age 87 years.
She was predeceased by her husband Sidney; sons, Bronson (Wanda) Randell and Garwin; daughter, Deanna; parents, Herbert and Margaret Burton of Port Anson; brothers, Malcolm Burton and Charl Burton of Springdale, Stanley Roberts of Roberts Arm; sisters, Ethel Ball of Botwood, Myrtle Pritchard of Perth, Ontario and baby sister, Gertrude.
Left to mourn her passing with fond and loving memories are her daughters, Verley Bishop, Bonetta (Jerry Manktelow), Alice Burton (Jim Reid), Marilyn (Donald Snow); son, Lorne (Sherri Burton); grandchildren, Louise, Angie, Anita, Juanita, Janine, Steven, Pamela, Joshua, Crystal, Shauna and Douglas; 12 great-grandchildren and a large circle of other relatives and friends.
Public visitation for Family and close friends only will take place from Gordon Woolfrey Funeral Home, 262 Main Street, Lewisporte on Tuesday, July 26th from 7-9 PM.
The Funeral Service for Family and close friends will take place from the Funeral Home on Thursday, July 28th at 10:30 am. Interment will follow from the Community Cemetery, Embree.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Janeway will be gratefully accepted.
