Lidwine’s Obituary
COMEAU, Lidwine H. – Age 72 of Saulnierville, passed away Friday, October 7, 2022 in Yarmouth Regional Hospital. Born in Beacon, NY, USA, she was the daughter of the late Norma Deveau.
Lidwine is survived by her husband, Willis Comeau, Saulnierville; step-son, Bryan Comeau, Little Brook Stn. She was predeceased by her son, Michael.
While Lidwine resided in U.S.A., she was a clerical office worker with the US Marine Corps for about three years. She was also an interior designer by trade and drove 18-wheeler trucks. After moving to Canada, she was well known as a seamstress in the Clare area. She loved cats, fostering many, and was a big supporter of Clare Feral Friends.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Meteghan Funeral Home. As per Lidwine’s wishes, burial and scattering will be held at a later date.
