Obituary
Lawrence Totten of Otter Lake passed away July 17, 2022 following a period of failing health at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Lawrence was born in Barnesville to the late Ollie and Myrna (Blakney) Totten. He worked for the Saint John Airport for many years and was Field Maintenance Manager at the time of his retirement. He enjoyed a good cup of Tim Hortons coffee and socializing with friends, old western movies, and computers.
Lawrence is survived by his son Gary (Brenda nee Appleby) Totten of Barnesville; granddaughter Katie Totten (Mike) and grandson Mitchell Totten (Tondie) all of Barnesville; great-grandchildren Raya and Sawyer Totten; nieces, nephews and friends and special friend Sandra Beattie. Along with his parents and his loving wife Lillian J. Totten, Lawrence was predeceased by his three sisters Greta, Ferne and Winnie and two daughters in infancy Carolyn and Donnalee.
Arrangements are under the direction of Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road (646-2424) Visitation will be held on Wednesday July 20th from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Graveside service will be held at Ocean View Memorial Gardens on Thursday July 21 at 11:00 a.m. Procession to cemetery will be leaving the funeral home at 10:45 a.m. Donations in Lawrence’s memory can be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
