Lawrence Lawson Brewster
My dearest Larry slipped quietly away on June 9, 2022, three days before his 81st birthday. He was born on June 12, 1941 to Eldwin and Marjorie Brewster in Kentville Nova Scotia. Larry leaves me behind, Peggy, his wife of almost forty years; his son, Gregory (Debbie), brother Lindsay, step-children Michele (John) and Richard (Krystal), and grandchildren Chris, Katie, Ethan, and Kai.
Larry grew up on the North Mountain in the Annapolis Valley, went to school in a one room schoolhouse on Scott’s Bay Road, and later to Mac Business College in Kentville. His work career varied from running the Kentville rink to manager at Canadian Acceptance Corporation in Dartmouth, and finally 37 years in real estate as an agent and management. Starting with Comer Real Estate and ending with Exit Realty, and along the way, we met at Atlantic Trust and our story started.
Larry was a gentle, kind man who loved his family dearly, and will be sorely missed. His last few years have been a battle with his health and he fought the good fight to the end, never to be forgotten.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Ronald A. Walker Funeral Home in Tantallon. Cremation has taken place, and a celebration of life will be held on July 2nd, 2022, 1-4, at our home. If you have a story or memory to share, we would love to see you.
Goodbye, my darling, I love you.
