Obituary
Lawrence Bruce Nooskey, long time resident of Manning, AB, passed away in Manning on September 3, 2022 at the age of 73 years.
Larry was born on June 28, 1949 in Manning, AB and spent his working years as a labourer for farmers and different mills. He also spent many years firefighting.
Larry loved dancing with all of the ladies or “Witchy Poos” as he would call them! He loved them as much as his guitar.
He is predeceased by his Grandparents, Joe and Margaret Nooskey; aunts, Adeline Nooskey, Elsie Richards; mother, Florence Nooskey; uncle, Sam Nooskey.
Left behind to mourn are his brothers, Frank, Terry and Henry Nooskey; sisters, Margaret Eldstrom and Donna Carr; son, Barry Allan Nooskey; grandchildren, stepchildren as well as numerous nephews, nieces and cousins.
A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, October 1 at 11:00 AM from the Elks Hall in Manning.
If friends so desire, donations may be made to the Manning and Area Palliative Care Society as expressions of sympathy.
