Obituary of Kevin Scott
On Saturday, November 26th, 2022, Kevin “Blaster” Scott of Wingham, passed away suddenly at the age of 58.
Kevin was the beloved son of the late Ken & Lottie (Saunders) Scott. Cherished brother of Beth DeBruyn & Bob Checkley of Clifford, Ila & Bill Gadke of Lakelet, John & Anne Scott of Lucknow, Karen Scott of Blyth, Pat Jenkins of Blyth, Jim Scott & Jane Van Camp of Belgrave, Bill & Jennifer Scott of Ilderton, Audrey & Lyle Bridge of Gorrie and Allan & Marilyn Scott of Lucknow. He will be lovingly remembered by his many nieces and nephews and their families as well as by his co-workers and dear friends. Predeceased by his brothers-in-law Jerry DeBruyn and Gord Jenkins.
Kevin, or Blaster as he was better known as, had the most generous and loving heart. He was always willing to lend a helping hand no matter how hard the task and would give you the shirt off his back. Kevin was dedicated to his job, a loyal member of the Wingham Legion and a friend to anyone he came across. His grin, sweet chuckle and big heart will be missed tremendously by his family and his friends.
A Come and Go Celebration of Kevin’s life will be held on Thursday, December 1st, 2022 from 1:00-4:00 at the Wingham Legion with words of remembrance at 2:00 p.m. Please dress casually. A private burial will take place in Brandon Cemetery, Belgrave.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Royal Canadian Legion, Br. 180 in Wingham or the Belgrave Arena would be appreciated.

Our most sincere sympathies to the family and friends of Kevin
