Kelly Mahoney
February 19, 1963 – June 17, 2022
Passed away suddenly at home on June 17th at the young age of 59 years. Predeceased by her lifelong partner and best friend, Len Mahoney less than 2 years ago on Oct. 9, 2020.
Kelly leaves to mourn the great loves of her life, her darling children Colin and Katie (Andrew Rodgers). A ferocious animal lover, she also leaves her grand-puppies Dakota, Bowser and the almost-here puppy, Rue. Kelly leaves her adoring mother and friend, Shirley Paltanavage and Tony, whom has been like a father to her during most of her life. She leaves her loving siblings Rick Brown (Debbie), Bonnie Cochrane (Pat) and Kent Brown (Anna), as well as nieces and their families, Rebecca Dray (Adam) Xavier and Oliver, Kristie Cochrane (Ryan) and Parker, Tracey Brown (Aaron) and Nephew, Lucas Brown. Kelly leaves her special friend Gus Barron as well as Justine Fitzpatrick and a wonderful circle of relatives and friends near and far.
After Len’s passing, Kelly’s health challenges became very difficult, with the sudden onset of insulin-dependent diabetes shortly after his passing. A beautiful soul, Kelly loved fiercely and fought hard to keep well. Rest in peace now Kelly.
Visitation to take place at Caul’s funeral home, LeMarchant Rd. on Wednesday from 2:00 to 4:00 pm and 7:00 -9:00 pm.

Flowers gratefully accepted or donations in Kelly’s honour may be made to the Diabetes society or Animal Rescue NL.
