Obituary of Keith Short
It is with great sadness that the family of Keith Hayward Short announces his passing, which occurred on Saturday, November 26, 2022, at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Springdale, NL, on September 10, 1967, he was a son of the late Norman and Meta (Weir) Short.
Keith is survived by his daughter Jessica Neilson (Brody) of ON; his son Zachary Short; his brother Dean Short of Corner Brook, NL; sisters: Sherry Russell (Paul) of Roberts Arm, NL, and Allison Short (Donald) of Roberts Arm, NL; sister-in-law Jewel Short of Sus, NB; nephews: Chad Short, Chris Short, and Jeremy Russell; nieces: Megan Sheppard and Madison Short; and by his stepmother, Alice.
In addition to his parents, Keith was also predeceased by his brother Raymond Short.
Keith had a love of nature and fishing which started at a young age while growing up in Newfoundland.
He had many friends that will miss him dearly.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sus (506) 433-1176 and will be held privately.
