Obituary of Karen Anne Zinck
ZINCK, Karen Anne – It is with great sadness that the family announce the passing of Karen Anne Zinck, age 67, of West Northfield, on August 18th, 2022. Karen was born in Bridgewater, raised in West Northfield, and was predeceased by her father, Harris Turner, of West Northfield. Karen will be dearly missed by her mother, Genevieve “G.G” Turner, West Northfield; brother, John “Jackie” (Heather), Aulenback Point; husband, Gary, Cookville; son, Mark (Tracy), New York, U.S.; son, Brent (Erin), Hammonds Plains; daughter, Erin (Charles), Lower Branch, and her grandchildren, Ethan and Carly, Hammonds Plains.
Karen lived her life by sharing kindness and love wherever she went. She started her career as a registered nurse, but quickly found her full time passion in raising her three children. She went on to find joy in religion and pursuing her faith led her to be a published author and devout Christian.
Funeral arrangements are under the care and direction of Sweeny’s Funeral Home, Bridgewater. There will be no visitation by request. Service to take place 1:30 p.m., Wednesday, August 24, 2022 at St. Andrew’s Lutheran Church, Feeners Corner Rd., West Northfield, followed by a private family burial in Maple Grove Cemetery, West Northfield. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Karen’s memory to the IWK (pediatrics), Heart & Stroke Foundation, or a charity of your choice.
