It is with deep sadness that the family of the late Judy Lillian Hodder of Creston South announces her passing at the Burin Peninsula Health Care Centre on Saturday, April 23rd, 2022 at the age of 59.
Leaving to mourn with a lifetime of wonderful memories are partner of 39 years Howard; son, Michael (Alley), Winterland, and daughter Victoria Legge (Jake), Halifax, NS; a beautiful granddaughter Ryann; brothers, Calvin Hodder (Martha), Creston South, Gary Hodder (Almyra), Red Deer, AB, and Cliff Hodder (Margaret), Lower Sackville, NS sisters Madeline Pike, St. Lawrence, and Elizabeth Legge (Bert), Creston South, sisters in law Audrey Hodder, Pinetree, NS, Jeanette Hodder, Creston South, and Flora Pike, Paradise, Georgina Legge, Creston South, Agnes Moulton (Baxter), Burin Bay, Jacqueline Legge, Creston South, Violet Legge, Burin Bay Arm, and Wilma Legge (Melvin), Fox Cove; brothers-in-law John Legge, Marystown, Matt Legge (Sadie), Burin Bay, Dave Legge, Lewins Cove and special friend Albert Hodder, Creston South; plus a large circle of other relatives and friends.
Judy was predeceased by her parents Albert and Victoria Hodder, Brothers Herb, Wesley, Edward, Samuel (Elsie),Malcolm, sister Mildred, sister in law Kay and brother in law Newman.
The Hodder/Legge Family will be accepting visitors at Peninsula Funeral Home in Creston South on Monday, April 25 from 2 – 4 pm and 7 – 9 pm and Tuesday, April 26, from 2 – 4 and 7 – 9 pm
Funeral Service will take place at St. Michael’s Anglican Church in Creston South on Wednesday, April 27, 2022 at 2:00 pm. Interment will follow at the Anglican Cemetery, Creston South, NL
