On May 1st, 2022, just before midnight, her beautiful blue eyes closed for the last time, her generous and kind heart stopped beating and her soul peacefully left her body to join our Lord in Heaven. Judith Ann (LaPage) Legros (aged 80) was born in Malone and raised in Fort Covington, New York. She was the beloved wife of Jean Legros for sixty years and they made their home in Godmanchester, Qc. Together they raised four daughters: Polly Anne (Brian Stewart), Marie Nancy (Paul Madden), Mary Lynn (Patrick Whalen), Carla Jean (Lance Ford). The greatest joy of her life was her grandchildren: Logan and Sean Stewart, Vincent Madden, Emma and Eric Whalen and Noah Ford. Predeceased by her parents Earl and Pauline (nee Bashaw) LaPage of Fort Covington, New York. She is survived by her only sibling, Gail Jock, also of Fort Covington. The funeral will be celebrated by Fr. Clement at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Huntingdon, Qc.. The family will receive condolences at 1 pm. at the church and the mass will follow at 2 pm.
