At the University of Ottawa Heart Institute, on Sunday May 1st, 2022, Joyce passed peacefully at the age of 86 years. The former Joyce Elinor Wiltse of RR3 Mallorytown, beloved wife of the late Lyle Olson. Dear mother of Yvonne Olson (David Gray) of Delta and Clark Olson (Laurel) of Burlington. Predeceased by a son Paul Olson. Survived by a daughter-in-law, Jennifer of Brockville. Loving grandmother of Chris, Reg, Joshua, Melissa, Caleb and Cody Elijah Olson, Jamie and Sarah St Pierre. Also survived by 5 great-grandchildren, Raymond and Jason Olson, Garry Barkley, James and Lily St Pierre. Predeceased by her parents, Charles Wiltse and the former Eva Cowles.
Relatives and friends may pay their respects at the Judson Funeral Home Athens, on Friday May 6th, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the chapel on Saturday May 7th, at 1 p.m. Interment to follow at Plum Hollow Cemetery. In memoriam’s to the Alzheimer’s Society will be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
