Josephine will be best remembered for her strength of character, and always knowing right from wrong. She leaves behind a legacy of a loving, respected family who live by those same morals. Josephine was the family’s rock, never wavering through all of life’s trials. Her grandchildren always found a bucketful of tasty gingerbread cookies in her kitchen, and she will be long remembered as the best ever Easter Bunny. Josephine was an extremely strong woman, with a sharp wit and dry sense of humour deeply appreciated by all who knew and loved her.
Thank you to the doctors and staff of the Mayerthorpe Healthcare Centre for the care and compassion shown to Josephine and the family.
A private ceremony will be held with inurnment in Rochfort Bridge Cemetery. In lieu of other tributes, donations may be made to the charity of one’s choice.

Our most sincere sympathies to the family and friends of Josephine Rose
