Jon Edward Thompson, aged 83 years of Milestone, SK passed away on Monday, September 19th 2022. Jon attended school in Corinne and Wilcox, SK and Luther College in Regina, SK. He was predeceased by his parents, Clell and Edith. Jon will be lovingly remembered by his best friend and wife of 23 years, Patricia; cousins: Jim and Nancy Moen, Doug and Kathy Moen, Joanne and family, Stewart and Gay Bond, Suzanne Cox, and their families, Dave and Valerie Galliard and family, Doug Galliard, Wayne Galliard, Patricia Galliard, Barry and Gladys Thompson and family, Paulette and Dale Ells and family; Patricia’s immediate family; as well as several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews. The Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, October 1st, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. in the Milestone Memorial Rink in Milestone, SK. Those not able to attend may view the service virtually by going to youtu.be/N2HmwwjG8dk. Donations in Jon’s name may be made to the Regina General Hospital Dialysis Unit 1400 – 14th Ave. Regina, SK S4P 0W5 or to the Milestone Drop in Center, Milestone SK. or the Milestone Memorial Rink, Milestone SK, or to a charity of one’s choice.
