Obituary for Joleen Dodge
Joleen ‘Dbwaamjigekwe’ Dodge, a member of Walpole Island First Nation, passed away suddenly on Thursday, February 17, 2022 at the age of 36. Joleen is the beloved daughter of Garnet Dodge & the late Joanna Day. Dear mother of Aden Christopher Sahguj-Dodge. Loved sister of Garnet Dodge Jr., Naomi Dodge, Kari Dodge, Jessica Dodge, Jonathan Day, Seneca Day and Alan Dodge and survived by many nieces and nephews. Joleen is now in the loving arms of her mother. Family and Friends are invited for visitation at the Walpole Island Sports Complex on Monday, February 21 from 5 – 7 PM. The funeral services will begin at the Walpole Island Sports Complex at 10 am on Tuesday, February 22 with burial at Highbanks Cemetery.
