Passed suddenly away at his residence in Harbour Breton on Thursday, December 29, 2022, John Richard Pierce, age 63 years.
John leaves to mourn his loving family: wife, Cecilia, of 38 years married; son, Gerald (Jocelyn) at Grand Prairie, AB; daughter, Nicole Pierce at Harbour Breton; grandson, Nicolas; granddaughter, Kennedy; great granddaughter, Lilly; brothers, Leo Pierce (Sandra) at Harbour Breton, Derek Pierce (Amanda) at Halifax, NS and Christopher Pierce (Lori) at Harbour Breton; sister, Elaine (Leo) at Harbour Breton; mother in law, Theresa Bungay; sisters in law, Brenda (Cliff) and Bessie (Dan), all at Harbour Breton; brothers in law, Manuel Bungay at St. John’s; Larry (Ann) and Joseph (Marie) all at Harbour Breton, Freeman (Patsy) at Fortune, Gerard (Rosalind) at New Brunswick and Matthew (Jennifer) at Kitchener, ON; as well as a large circle of other relatives and friends.
Predeceased by parents, Eliza and John Pierce; sister, Mildred Tibbo; sister in law, Ida Bungay; brother in law, Samuel Hunt; father in law, Lawrence Bungay.
