John Milliea
1946-2022
ELSIPOGTOG, NB – John Milliea 76, passed away at
his residence on Tuesday, December 20, 2022. Born in Rexton,
he was the son of the late Anthony J. Milliea and late Louise
(Lafford) Milliea.
John will be sadly missed by his two daughters, Pamela
Francis (Derek), Shannon Paul (Adam); step—daughter,
Beverley Denny Wayne all of Pictou Landing, NS; four sons, Dion Paul
(Jennifer), Sheldon Paul (Jillian) both of Pictou Landing, NS, Avery
Nicholas, Cruze Nicholas both of Elsipogtog; seventeen grandchildren,
Adrienne, James, Derekjij, Taylor, Farrah, Tyra, Bryden, Devon, Brody,
Marlee, Tatum, Sheldon Jay, Daylen, Candace, Tracey, Waynejij, Calvin
and five great grandchildren, Paisley, Everleigh, Emmett, Makoa and
Chiles.
He is also survived by one sister, Virginia Simon (late Pat)
of Elsipogtog and many nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his common law
wife, Noreen Nicholas; one grandson, Adam Paul; one sister, Isabell
and one brother, Edward.
Visitation will be held at 168 Hollow Court in Elsipogtog
beginning on Wednesday at 2:00 pm until time of the funeral.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, December 29, 2022 at
1030 am at St. Anne’s Roman Catholic Church in
Elsipogtog.
