John Jack Edward Irving 19502022 avis de deces

John “Jack” Edward Irving
1950-2022
John “Jack” Irving of Dawson Settlement passed
away peacefully on October 30th, 2022 in the arms of his beloved wife
at his home surrounded by all his
furbabies.
Jack was born in Riverside on December 9th, 1950 the son of
the late Paul and Edith (Fenton) Irving.
He worked as a plumber all his life and took over his dad’s
shop when his dad retired. He ran Paul’s Plumbing for many
years. He was an excellent tradesman and his reputation for
quick and repretabale service was what he was known for.
He would help anyone that needed it, all they had to do was
call, day or night and he was there.
Jack was a good ole country boy and loved being in the
woods, especially walking the trails with his wife and dogs, they also
took advantage of the trails in the winter, having spent a lot of time
snowshoeing. You could often find him behind
the wheel of his John Deere Tractor, whether it be
preparing his winter wood or snowblowing. He was just happy
to be outside and in the fresh air. Hunting and
fishing came naturally as it was a family trait passed down for
generations. You often found him tinkering in his
garage and could fix anything that had a motor. He
especially liked working on old vintage trucks and his
motorcycles. He and Paige made a lot of memories
on the bike travelling around the Maritimes. Jack
loved the simple things in life. He will be remembered for
his great sense of humour, he loved to joke and
laugh. He would want everyone to think of a funny story and
cherish the good times they shared. “Even
though you are gone, we can still see your face and hear
your laugh.”
In his last days he felt so blessed to have his wife,
Paige, his family and good friends by his side and also his furbabies
which he loved so much. He was able to stay in his home and
was well taken care of with all his needs being met.
He will be deeply missed by his wife and best friend, Nora
“Paige” Irving; by his furbabies, Emma, Mia, Rosie, Sara,
Sidney, Lyle and Lora-Jane; sisters, Carolyn Forbes (Wayne)
of Riverview, Connie Martin (Jim) of Alma and Karla Richard of Alma;
brothers, Wayne Irving of Upper Coverdale and Scott Irving (Maureen)
of Riverview; by his daughter, Stephanie Wilson (Todd) of Riverview
and grandchildren, Mathew and Taylor. He will also be missed
by several nieces, nephews, cousins and good friends.
Besides his parents he was predeceased by infant sister,
Peggy; sister, Paula Vansnick; brother-in-law, David Richard and
sister-in-law, Kimberly.
A Celebration of his life and funeral service will be held
at the Albert County Funeral Home on Friday, November 4th,
2022 at 11:00am with Pastor Paul Steeves officiating.
Following the service there will be a time of sharing memories and
refreshments will be served in the reception area at the
funeral home. A private family Interment will be held in the
Grey’s Island Cemetery, Hillsborough, NB.
For those who wish donations to CARMA, People for Animal
Well-being (PAW) or charity of the donor’s choice would be
appreciated.
Arrangements are in the care of the Albert County Funeral
Home, 4130 Route 114, Hopewell Cape, NB, E4H-3K2
