Brown, John (Jack) Christopher December 15, 1940-November 26, 2022.
It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden loss of Jack on Nov 26, 2022. He was predeceased by his parents Jack (JJ) and Elva, and his sister Laurene Lindsey. A loving and supportive mentor, friend, uncle, grandfather, father and husband, Jack touched so many lives it’s impossible to name them all. The skills he developed in the early years of Jaycees helped him to achieve multiple leadership roles in various organizations, setting an example for many others to follow. Besides being an avid supporter of the agricultural community, he also spent over three decades of service with the Cloverdale Volunteer Fire Department. Survived by his loving wife of 58 years Lorrie, son Michael (Kristen), daughter Jamie, grandchildren Emily (Liam) and Greg, Jack will be missed by all who knew him.
A gathering of love and laughter will be held at the Northview Golf and Country Club, 6857-168 Street, Surrey BC, on January 28, 2023, at 11am. All are invited to come and share stories and memories of Jack. In lieu of flowers a donation to BC Children’s Hospital or a charity of your choice.
