Passed away peacefully on Sunday September 4, 2022 at Kensington Hospice, Toronto, Ontario. Beloved husband of Maria “Carolina” David (Neves) of Toronto. Loving father of Paul David and his wife Jenny of Brampton and Sandra Celetti and her husband Joseph of Toronto. Dear grandfather to Marcus, Lucas & Selena David and Nicole Celetti. Predeceased by his brother Fernando David. Surviving is Fernando’s wife Maria Lourdes David of Portugal.
Friends are invited to visit with the family at the Bathurst Street chapel of Cardinal Funeral Homes (366 Bathurst St., Toronto) on Wednesday from 2-4 & 6-8 pm. The funeral mass will be celebrated at Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church (2 Richardson Ave., Toronto) On Thursday September 8, 2022 at 11 am. Entombment at Prospect Cemetery will follow. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or Kensington Hospice would be appreciated by the family.
