Obituary of Jeffery Cecil Scullion
It is with heavy hearts that the family of Jeffery Cecil Scullion, age 32 of Leduc, Alberta, formerly of Embrun, Ontario, announce his sudden passing. Jeffery departed this life on April 1, 2022, at the Royal Alexandra Hospital in Edmonton.
Jeffery was born on May 24, 1989, in Fredericton, New Brunswick. He will be deeply missed by his mother and stepfather; Susanne Traviss and Kenny Warawa of Leduc, Alberta. His father Shawn (Suzanne) Scullion of Casselman, Ontario. His brother Travis (Angele) Scullion, of Petawawa, Ontario. His paternal Grampi, Cecil Scullion of Hampton, New Brunswick. His Aunt Deborah (Keith) Rowden, of Stanhope, Ontario. His Aunt Sandra Traviss of Belleville, Ontario. His Aunt Linda Traviss, (Eric Sharpe) of Deseronto, Ontario. His Uncle Robert (Karen) Traviss of Tory Hill, Ontario. His loving aunt Tana Scullion also of Hampton, New Brunswick. His aunt Robbyn (Gary) Brown of Camrose, Alberta. Along with many other aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Jeffery is predeceased by his maternal Grandmother and Grandfather, Barney and Irene Traviss of Gooderham, Ontario. His paternal grandmother, Patricia Scullion of Hampton, New Brunswick. His uncles Waldo Berry, of Oshawa, Ontario. His aunt Kimberly Traviss of Oshawa, Ontario. His uncle Gary Traviss of Gooderham, Ontario. His cousins, Shawn, Danny, Trevor, and Matthew Welsh all from Bancroft, Ontario, and his cousin Sophia Fairweather, of Toronto, Ontario.
He was a kind, funny, sensitive, and caring man, that won the hearts of most people that really got to know him. His smile was infectious! He loved his family deeply, he tried hard to please everyone always, and was very sensitive, so he was hurt easily. He loved to have fun, he loved holidays, video games, exploring, coffee, food, and mostly he loved basketball. HE will be heartbreakingly missed.
Jeffery’s ashes will be interred at the Titus Hill Cemetery in Titusville, New Brunswick, In July of 2022. His burial will follow a Memorial Service at the Church of Ascension in Hampton, New Brunswick.
