Obituary of Jean Marilyn Southern
Peacefully, with family by her side on Tuesday, February 1, 2022 at the Southlake Regional Health Centre in Newmarket, in her 87th year. Jean (nee Profit), beloved wife of the late Thomas Southern. Loved mother of Stephen Southern (Margaret) and the late Anne Southern. Lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Braden Southern (Bronwyn) and Benjamin Southern and great-granddaughter Sophia. She will be greatly missed by her brother Keith Profit (the late Peggy) and her sister-in-law Doreen Elburg (the late Bill) and her many nieces and nephews.
The family would like to extend a heartfelt thanks to all of the doctors, nurses and care providers at Southlake Regional Health Centre.
A private family service was held through the THORNE FUNERAL HOME, 109 Laidlaw Street South in Cannington (705-432-2672). Interment Cedar Vale Cemetery, Cannington.
