1956-2022
It is with sadness the family announces the
passing of Jean Alice Flett, 66, of Moncton, NB. Born in Kinnear
Settlement, she was a daughter to the late Walter and Mary (Almon)
Mills.
Jean was a caring and loving Wife, Mother, and
Grandmother. She enjoyed going to auctions, collecting cornflower,
watching tv, and sleeping in. Jean worked for UPS until she retired in
2016 after 20 years of service.
Jean is survived and sadly missed by her devoted
husband of 44 years Donnie Flett of Moncton; sons, Jamie (Isabelle)
Flett of Moncton and Matthew (Thao) Flett of Red Deer, AB; daughter,
Jennifer Flett (Patrick) of Moncton; brothers, Carl (Pam) Mills of
Kinnear Settlement and Fred (Diane) Mills of Kinnear Settlement; her
sisters in law, Anna Mills of Forest Glen and Susan Mills of
Petitcodiac; grandchildren: Vanessa, Rebecca, Farah and Olivia as well
as several nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, Jean was predeceased by her
brothers: Gerald Mills, Ronald Mills and Larry Mills; sister, June
Mills and sister in law, Judy Mills.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of
Salisbury Funeral Home, 3350 Route 106, Salisbury West, (372-4800)
from where visitation will be held on Thursday, May 26th at 11am until
time of the funeral at 1pm. A private family interment will be held at
a later date.
If desired, donations can be made to the Diabetes
Association which would be appreciated by the family. Online
