Obituary of James Vernon O’Daye, Sydney, Glace Bay
James Vernon O’Daye, age 77 of Sydney passed away on Thursday, July 14th, 2022 at his residence.
Born in Glace Bay, he was the son of the late Robert Emmet & Mary Frances (Goodwin) O’Daye.
James was retired from Brinks Security in Ontario.
He was predeceased by his wife Judith Ann (Mackie) O’Daye.
Cremation has taken place under the care of V.J. McGillivray Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, Glace Bay. A private burial will be held in St. Anne’s Cemetery, Glace Bay.
