Petit-Rocher Nord – It is with profound sadness that we, the family, announce the sudden passing of James Joseph Roherty at his home in Petit Rocher Nord NB on 4 June 2022 in his 80th year.
Born in Bathurst, he was the son of the late Ralph and Elizabeth (Furlotte) Roherty.
James was predeceased by his wife Adrienne (nee Noël).
He is survived by 2 brothers, William “Bill” of Petawawa, ON and Daniel of Toronto, ON.
He was a retired employee of the smelter in Belledune NB. He was also a member of the Nepisiquit Genealogy group of Bathurst NB.
James will be sadly missed by numerous cousins, friends, 4 aunts, former co-workers and the Noël family.
As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancel Society.
A Service/Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Arrangements are in the care of Elhatton’s Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com), Bathurst.
