Passed away peacefully with family by her side on Easter Sunday at Banwell Gardens Care Centre. Predeceased by her husband Donald Walter Makulski (2001). Devoted mother of the late Stephen (1999), Al (Tammy Lynn), Karen, Katherine (William), the late Mark (2021) survived by Sarah, the late Paul (2021), Sheri and Laurie (Scott). Grandma / Amma of Daniel (Cheryl), Billy, Jason, Meghan (Joolz), Sarah (Adam), Jacob (Sara), Hailey, Makayla, Madison and Taylor. Great-grandmother of 8 great-grandchildren. Loving sister of Elaine (Ron), Joyce (the late Roger), Marlene and Michael (Sharon). Predeceased by her parents Lorraine and Jack.
Jackie will be missed by many nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.
Special thanks to the nurses and staff at Banwell Gardens for their exceptional care over the last 8 months, many of whom she trained and worked with as an RN and charge nurse for more than 25 years.

Visitation on Wednesday, April 20, 2022 from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. On Thursday, April 21, 2022 a Celebration of Jackie’s Life will begin at 10:00 a.m. at Families First, 1065 Lauzon Rd., East Windsor, 519-969-5841. Procession to Heavenly Rest Cemetery for a final prayer with her sons. Cremation to follow.
