Ronald Arsenault, 76, of Residence Pascal-Poirier, Shediac and formerly of Cocagne, passed away on Monday, December 26th, 2022, at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Centre.
Born in Dieppe, NB, he was the son of the late Joseph and the late Geneva (Cormier) Arsenault.
Ronald had been a member of the Canadian Armed Forces “Black Watch Regiment”, where he participated in a peacekeeping tour in Cyprus.
He is survived by his 2nd wife, Iona (Bourque) Arsenault; his daughter, Chantal Vautour (Stéphane) of Cap-Pelé; his son, Serge Arsenault (Jessica) of Alberta; his grandchildren: Olivia, Riley, Emilie, Janelle and Kayla; his sister, Germaine Bourgeois (late Francis) of Moncton; his brothers: Bob (Lilianne) and Roger (Nicole), both of Moncton, as well as several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his 1st wife, Thérèse (LeBlanc) Arsenault and also by his sister, Corinne Boucher (Laurie).
Respecting his wishes, no visitation and funeral will be held.
In Ronald’s memory, donations can be made to the NB Heart and Stroke Foundation or to the Alzheimer Society.
