St-Joseph-de-Kent – Anne-Marie Leger, 82, passed away on Sunday, June 26th, 2022, at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Center, Moncton, NB.
Born in St-Joseph-de-Kent, NB, she was the daughter of the late Albert and the late Alice (LeBlanc) Bastarache.
She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Alvin Leger; her daughter, Melinda Caissie (Vincent); her son, Maurice Leger; her sisters: Alberte Bourgeois (late Alfred), Rita Allain (Jean-Paul) and Corinne Jaillet (Leonard); her brother, Gerard Bastarache (Cecile), all from St-Joseph-de-Kent, as well as many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her sisters: Lydia, Irma and Eveline and by her brother, Ronald.
Visitation will be held from Passage, 3754 Route 134, Shediac Bridge, NB, (506) 532-1050, on Monday, July 4th, 2022, from 2 pm to 3:45 pm, followed by the service in the chapel at 4 pm.
In Anne-Marie’s memory, a donation can be made to a memorial of the donor’s choice.
