Obituary of Hugh Jenkins
Jenkins: Hughie A. “Hugh” a resident of St. Catharines and formerly of New Hamburg and Petrolia passed away peacefully at the St. Catharines Hospital, on Wednesday, April 27, 2022 at the age of 93. Born in Chatham, son of the late Dennis and Helen (Hughson) Jenkins. Beloved husband of the late Ruth Florence (Skinner) Jenkins (2018). Hugh is survived by his children, Michael Jenkins (Nancy Hulley), Paul Jenkins (Cecilia Morgan), Ann Harten (Ron) and in-laws Marianne Gallagher, and Nancy Wood (Ron). Predeceased by his son John Jenkins, brother Murray Jenkins, and brother-in-law Jack Skinner (Kathie). At Hugh’s request cremation will take place. A private family graveside service will be held at a later date in Blackburn Cemetery, Camden Twp. Donations to the charity of one’s choice would be appreciated.
