Obituary
On June 20th, 2022, the world lost an extraordinary man – a veteran of the Second World War and a great friend. Henry Kriwokon passed away peacefully in Penticton, BC at an astounding 102 and a half years of age. He will be missed dearly by legions of friends and family – including
his brother Walter, and sister, Mary. A special thank you goes to his substantial network in the Okanagan, all of which supported his independence at home. Our family is grateful for each and every one of you. In Henry’s honour, please always remember what our poppy represents. He, and many others, risked or sacrificed their lives to give us the freedom that we have today. They did that for us, our children, and our future generations. Please, remember this when you think of Henry.
