Obituary of Henrica Dickson-Conklin
September 25, 1937 – July 22, 2022
It is with profound sadness and love, that we announce the passing of our mom, Henny at the age of 84. Henny died peacefully in her beloved home with her four daughters, Cathy, Paula, Patricia, and Pamela by her side. Henny was predeceased by her first husband (George Alan Dickson), her son (Philip George Dickson) and her second husband (Kenneth Howard Conklin). Henny is the dear sister of Joyce, John, Anne and Barry. She was loved by many nieces and nephews, sixteen grandchildren, and eight great grandchildren. Henny was an avid gardener, loved to play bridge, was an artist of exquisite needlework, and loved to travel.
Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation between 3:00 and 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 27th followed by a Funeral Service at 5:00 p.m. Both the visitation and service are being held at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 1710 Scugog Street (Hwy. 7A) in Port Perry.
Her family would like to extend their sincere gratitude to Dr. Kim Ferguson for her exemplary care and kindness. She truly went above and beyond in her care and support of our mom.
