WEITZEL, Helen Etta May, 71, of Stratford, passed away on July 6, 2022 at Stratford General Hospital. She was born in Stratford on November 1, 1950 a daughter of the late Clifford and Dorothy (Smallcombe) Weitzel.
She spent her youth years in Hickson before moving to Stratford. Helen was a school crossing guard in Stratford for many years as well as being a volunteer at Stratford General Hospital and Woodland Towers.
She is survived by her daughter, Tammy Brown and grandson, Xavier Bisson, both of Stratford.
She was predeceased by her companion, Murray Walker on April 28, 2019 and her brother, James Weitzel on May 22, 2020.
A graveside service and burial will be at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Cemetery, Sebastopol-Tavistock at a later date.
