Obituary of Hazel Rena Stephens
Hazel Rena Stephens passed away peacefully on February 4, 2022. Born in Dipper Harbour, NB, on August 15, 1924. She was the daughter of the late Hugh and Eva Lorena (Thompson) Campbell. She was the wife of the late Arthur Clifford Stephens.
She was predeceased by her brother, Clifford Campbell, and sisters Alice Campbell, Phyllis Kennedy. Pauline Lauder and Ann Totten. She is survived by one sister, Virginia Thompson, son Douglas (Deborah), daughter, Sandra (Kerry), grandchildren Jonathan (Erin), Christopher (Megan), Anita (David), six great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews, cousin Darlene (Dick), her good friend Florence and Florence’s daughter, Ann Watson.
Hazel was a member of Hillcrest Baptist Church. Donations made in memory of Hazel can be given to the Hillcrest Baptist Church Benevolent Fund or Donor’s Choice. The family and friends of our mother will dearly miss her but we know she has gone home to her Lord and Saviour.
