Obituary
Hazel Elizabeth Kaiser
December 28, 1938 ~ November 19, 2022
Hazel passed away suddenly, but peacefully, on November 19, 2022, at her home in Wetaskiwin at the age of 83.
Hazel was born in the district of Brightview, Alberta to Ernest and Margaret Preedin (Klone). Hazel spent most of her life working in the meat department at Ray Debajis Tomboy, and later retiring with Vinet’s Food. She acquired many life long friends wherever she worked.
Hazel will be always remembered for her sense of humor, her generous nature, and delicious home cooking and baking.
Hazel was predeceased by her loving husband, Clarence, in 2010. She leaves behind her two daughters, Colleen Kaiser-Gill (Troy) of Caroline, and Connie Bezushko, and grandson Bradley Bezushko of Calgary; brother Ken Preedin (Audrey) of Red Deer and their extended family; close friends of the family Doug and Debbie Hanson and Joyce and Perry Scholze; as well as too many other special people to mention.
A huge thank you to her Home Care ladies, who made her days brighter with their daily visits.
Cremation has taken place, and honouring Hazel’s wishes, no services will be held.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the charity of donors choice.
