November 13, 1943 – April 25, 2022
With deepest sadness we announce the passing of Harry Herbert Zohr, surrounded by family at the Pembroke Regional Hospital, on April 25, 2022 at the age of 78.
He was pre-deceased by his parents Walter and Alma (Yandt), brother Elroy and sister Arlene (Doug Yourth) & brother-in-law Don McFarlane.
He will be dearly missed by sister Minerva, his loving children; Jason (Tammy), Jeff (Cheryl) and Jamie. His grandchildren Keenan, Connor, Jacey, Shaylyn, Delaney and Brogan. His Great-Granddaughter and apply of his eye Rosie (aka Tootsie).
Harry worked for 40+ years at M.W. Miller Home Care Building Centre as a Purchasing Agent in Eganville, Ontario. He was a jack of all trades. He was an avid outdoorsman and had a love for dogs. He took after his mother Alma, for the love of flowers.
Harry’s final care has been entrusted to Zohr Family Funeral Home, Eganville where visitation will be held on Thursday, April 28, 2022 from 2:00 – 4:00pm and again in the evening from 7:00 – 9:00pm. A Funeral Service will be held a Grace Lutheran Church on Friday Morning at 11:00am. Interment, Grace Lutheran Cemetery. Tributes and condolences may be made online at www.zohrfuneralhome.com
