It is with great sadness that we announce Graeme’s passing on Wednesday, January 5th 2022 at Juravinski Hospital at the age of 51, after a long and bravely fought battle with cancer. Charismatic, funny, and strong; a son, a partner and a brother.
Loving spouse to Andi Nisbet; devoted son of Katherine (Peter Sr) Bridges and Jim (Rebecca) Smith; caring brother to Peter (Cheryl Niziolomski) Bridges, Danis (Chris) Bell, Rory (Amy Coderre) Smith, and Alex (Cristina) Smith. Cherished nephew of Aunt Percy, Sue (Mark) Charlton and Anne Marie (Ron) Ridout. Graeme will also be deeply missed by his many nieces and nephews, his extended family, and his many friends. And he was a proud Pupa to Reggie.
For those who wish, donations to the Cancer Assistance Program in Graeme’s honour would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
