Beloved wife of 65 years to William (Bill) Phillips. Loving mother to Mark Phillips and his wife Jennifer, Ann Phillips, Roger Phillips and his MaryJane Pearson, David Phillips, and Melanie LaRoche. Cherished grandma to Sara Phillips (Michael Donoahue), Rebecca Phillips (Dylan Creelman), Nicholas Phillips, Spencer Phillips, Jordan Phillips (Nolan Jackson), Arianna Phillips (Griffin Kirk), Aden Phillips, and Paige Phillips. Ever loved by her siblings including her remaining sisters Mellicent Marrett and Dorothy Hughes. Daughter of the late Isaac and Juliette Roye.
