BEALS, Gerry Russell ~ Age 63, West Black Rock, Kings Co., passed away suddenly on Sunday, May 15, 2022, at home. Born on September 7, 1958, in Berwick, Kings Co., he was a son of the late Russell E. and Pauline M. (Veinotte) Beals. Gerry enjoyed hunting, fishing and time spent with his family. He was well known as a jack of all trades and worked at carpentry and plumbing. Gerry had been lastly employed at Hopgood Metal Roofing, Wolfville. Surviving are son, Chantz (Madelyn); daughter, Tanisha (Daniel); and their mother, Cindy; sisters, Marilyn (Reg) Brown; Bonnie (Tim) Beals; Geraldine (Paul) Bell; Elaine (Doug) Windsor; brother, Tim (Crystal) Beals; several nieces and nephews; chosen daughters, Shanika and Kamiera. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his daughter, Kylesha; brother-in-law, Allan Toney. All are welcome to attend a time in celebration of Gerry’s life from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m., Friday, May 20, at the home of Kenneth and Terry Lynn MacEachern, 772 Ratchford Road, Annapolis Valley First Nation, Cambridge.
