C’est avec beaucoup de tristesse que nous vous annonçons le décès de Gerald “Gerry” Atchison survenu le 29 juillet 2022, à l’âge de 76 ans.
Il était l’époux bien aimé de Nicole (née Doran) Atchison.
Il laisse dans le deuil ses enfants, Carole Atchison (Philippe Dallaire) et Nancy Atchison; sa demi-sœur, Dorothy Sullivan; ses beaux-frères et sa belle-sœur, George Doran (Claire), Roch Doran (Louise) et Louise Langenauer (Larry), ainsi que plusieurs nièces, neveux, autres membres de la famille et amis.
Prédécédé par ses parents Robert et Germaine (née Roy) Atchison, ses demi-frères Richard Atchison et Bobby Atchison, ainsi que sa belle-sœur Diane Doran.
Une cérémonie privée aura lieu à une date ultérieure.
Vos marques de sympathie peuvent se traduire par un don à la Fondation canadienne du rein, Diabète Canada ou à l’Institut de cardiologie de l’Université d’Ottawa.

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gerald “Gerry” Atchison, who passed away on July 29, 2022, at the age of 76.
Beloved husband of Nicole (née Doran) Atchison.
Cherished father of Carole Atchison (Philippe Dallaire) and Nancy Atchison.
Loving half brother of Dorothy Sullivan.
Dear brother-in-law of George Doran (Claire), Roch Doran (Louise) and Louise Langenauer (Larry).
Predeceased by his parents Robert and Germaine (née Roy) Atchison.
Also predeceased by his half brothers Richard Atchison and Bobby Atchison and by his sister-in-law Diane Doran.
Gerry will also be missed by many nieces, nephews and other family members and friends.
A private ceremony will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, a donation in Gerry’s memory to The Kidney Foundation of Canada, Diabetes Canada or to the University of Ottawa Heart Institute would be appreciated by the family.
