George Alan Cameron 1944 2022

Cameron – The death
occurred at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, on Monday,
December 26, 2022, of Alan Cameron, of Summerside, aged 78 years. Born
in Summerside, he was the son of the late George C. and Beatrice
“Bea” (LeBlanc) Cameron. Survived by his wife Suzanne
(d’Entremont) Cameron; children Shelley (John) Cameron and
Klayre Avalon (Tristen Stevenson); grandchildren Bailey MacIsaac (Alex
O’Hara), Alex MacIsaac and their father Rob MacIsaac;
sisters and brothers Barb (Stan) Surette, Sandy (Annette) Cameron,
Paula (Mike) Ramsay, Robert (Lisa) Cameron and Nancy (Gary)
Richardson; sister-in-law Nancy (Danny) MacDonald; brother-in-law Rick
(Carolyn) d’Entremont; and by numerous nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by his twin sisters Merriam Ann and Mary Louise; and by
his nephew Jake Surette. Resting at Moase Funeral Home, Summerside,
where funeral service will be held on Friday at 2:00 p.m. Interment
will take place later in St. Paul’s Cemetery, Summerside.
Visiting hours on Friday from 12:30-1:30 p.m. Members of
the Summerside Branch of the Royal Canadian Legion will hold a Service
of Remembrance, at the funeral home, Friday at 1:40
p.m. Memorial donations to the Veteran’s
Perpetual Bursary Fund, Summerside Legion, would be
appreciated.
